AbuData provides consultancy services for web development, app development, and branding to support business growth. These Services are available to clients worldwide; however, users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws as applicable

All intellectual property rights in the content provided through our Services, including but not limited to source code, databases, software, website designs, text, images, and trademarks (collectively, the "Content") are owned by or licensed to AbuData. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Content solely for your internal business purposes.

Payments for consultancy services are due as per the terms agreed in your contract with AbuData. Payments should be made in the agreed currency and by the specified payment method. AbuData reserves the right to modify service rates and fees at any time, and we will notify you of any such changes.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. AbuData is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third-party websites. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

7. Confidentiality

Any information you provide to AbuData as part of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information and maintaining confidentiality unless otherwise agreed upon in writing

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AbuData shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid to AbuData in the six (6) months prior to any claim.

9. Termination of Services

AbuData reserves the right to terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, including but not limited to, violations of these Terms or applicable laws. Termination does not waive any rights or remedies to which AbuData is entitled.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through informal negotiations or, if necessary, through the appropriate legal channels within Oman.

AbuData reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Services without notice. We will not be liable for any unavailability or disruption of the Services
